This location gives you the opportunity to experience the 'ITV Coronation Street Experience’. Having premiered in December 1960 and still airing to this day, Coronation Street holds the Guinness World Record for longest running soap opera, clocking up 61 years on British TV screens this December. Round off the weekend with a scenic drive into the Peak District National Park with stops in pretty Castleton & famous Bakewell.

.Day 1 - From your chosen joining point the feeder vehicle will take you to your designated interchange point where your holiday begins. Arrive at your hotel in plenty of time to freshen up before dinner. 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included.
Days 2 & 3 - At leisure in Oldham with two included excursions.

Peak District National Park – Castleton & Bakewell
This region encapsulates everything everybody loves about England. There are rolling hills so green that you wonder whether there’s something unusual in the soil, there are rural towns with more quaint cottages than you can count.
Your first stop is in Castleton. This quaint old town attracts travellers from all over the world for its quintessential English charm. You can wander the streets, enjoy a beautiful view up a valley, and learn its history at an insightful information centre.
If you’re hungry, then you’re in luck, because you’re stopping for lunch in Bakewell next. Not only is this town delicious to look at, but it’s also the home of one of England’s most famous desserts, the Bakewell Pudding. Enjoy the scenery on the return journey to your hotel.
ITV Coronation Street Experience - (Sunday 13th)
Head over to Trafford Park, Manchester for your included tour of the famous Coronation Street. Entrance included.
Discover the stories behind life on the nation's favourite street as you go behind the scenes and walk the cobbles! This unique opportunity gives you access to all areas of the outdoor Coronation Street set, revealing off-air secrets and fascinating facts.
A short transfer over to Salford early afternoon - Salford Quays is also well worth a closer look. Once the site of the Manchester docks, it was upgraded as part of a massive urban regeneration project, resulting in the contemporary waterfront that can be seen today and is home to some fabulous attractions including The Lowry theatre, the Imperial War Museum North and the northern hub for both ITV and the BBC. The Quayside outlet mall provides more retail therapy opportunities but be sure to put your feet up in the myriad bars and restaurants - perfect for people watching along the glistening waterfront!
Day 4 - Return to interchange with a stop for lunch on the way.
