This weekend break offers you a magical trip back in time to the heady days of the Merseybeat era. Sample the unique atmosphere of Liverpool today and visit all the sights made famous in the Beatles’ lyrics: Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane, the statue of Eleanor Rigby and the Cavern Club to name but a few plus their birth places, homes and schools. This superb weekend includes: Mersey Ferry Cruise, Magical Mystery Tour, visits to the city’s ‘Cavern Quarter’ and the Beatles Story Exhibition.

Your Itinerary

DAY 1 - After joining your holiday coach, head northwards stopping for the opportunity of lunch or refreshments. Continue to the hotel near Liverpool to arrive late afternoon. Dinner, bed & breakfast.

DAY 2 – Join the Magical Mystery tour to visit many of the places associated with John, Paul, George and Ringo as they grew up, met and formed the band that would take the music world by storm. It stops to let you take a closer look at some of the places that inspired their most memorable songs like Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. You will then visit The Beatles’ Story, the world's only Beatles themed visitor attraction (admission included) that will transport you on a journey into the life, times, culture and music of the Beatles.

There is time in the afternoon for you to further explore this fascinating city with a River Explorer Cruise (included) on the famous Mersey Ferries. Dinner, bed & breakfast.


DAY 3 - After breakfast depart for the journey home, arriving back early to mid-evening
