Day 1   From your chosen joining point your feeder vehicle will take you to your designated interchange point where your holiday begins. After joining your holiday coach, enjoy a scenic drive to the South Coast to arrive late afternoon. Breakfast & dinner included.

Combining one thousand years of history with independent shops, contemporary art galleries, restaurantscafesdelightful drinking spots, great attractions and a thriving events calendar, plus outdoor activities from walking across the South Downs to canoeing or cycling… there is something for everyone.

Arundel Castle is just a short walk from the town centre and entrance is included to the Castle & Gardens today. Their story begins in 1067 and continues to the present day. Many of the original features such as the Norman Keep, medieval Gatehouse and Barbican survive.

Between the 1870s and 1890s the house was almost completely rebuilt and the magnificent architecture in Gothic style is considered to be one of the great works of Victorian England.

Learn from the friendly guides about the finely preserved interior with its fascinating furniture, tapestries and rare collection of paintings by renowned artists including Van Dyck, Gainsborough and Canaletto. Stroll through the tranquil grounds where you will discover inspiring gardens. A stop on the return journey for a cup of tea in Chichester.
