Like something right out of a fairy tale, Germany's most famous Christmas Market, the Christkindlesmarkt, in Nuremberg opens its traditional stalls every year for visitors from all over the world.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Day 1. After joining your luxury coach, travel to Dover for the Channel crossing to Calais and then continue via the motorway network to your overnight stop in the Cologne region. Bed & Breakfast.
Day 2. Head south through wintery Germany into Bavaria to arrive at your city hotel for your 4 night stay in Nuremberg. Welcome drink on arrival.
Day 3 - 5. At leisure in Nuremberg with two included excursions.
You will have a free day to explore the local Christmas Markets of Nuremberg under your own steam. The Christkindlesmakt of Nuremberg is approximately 15 minutes' walk or accessible by U-Bahn underground and then on foot from the Maritim Nuremberg.
Munich holds its traditional Christmas Market on Marienplatz (St. Mary's Square) in the centre of the city in front of the Neues Rathaus (new Town Hall) with its distinctive 260 foot tower. A huge Christmas tree covered in lights towers over the many stands all aglow with pre-Christmas magic. In Neuhauser Strasse, only a few steps from Marienplatz, you will the Kripperlmarkt (Manger Market) with authentic nativity scenes, lanterns for the mangers, fodder for the ox and donkey and gifts from the three Magi. An included walking tour with a local guide with show you the very best of Munich in Advent.
Known for its medieval setting, Rothenburg is a walled city that has been left largely untouched for hundreds of years. Its unspoilt beauty and winter fairy-tale ambiance fill the city's cobblestone streets, particularly at Advent, when to visit Rothenburg is like stepping into a time warp. Rothenburg's Reiterlesmarkt has its roots back in 15th century with its tradition and heritage still going strong today. To keep body and soul together, why not treat yourself to a glass of Glühwein or enjoy an original Rothenburg Snowball (Schneeball), a local speciality made from strips of sweet dough fried and covered with icing sugar. Entrance is included to the German Christmas Museum.
Day 6. Loaded down with all your Christmas goodies, you travel back to your final overnight stop in the Cologne area with suitable refreshment stops on the way. Bed & breakfast.
Day 7. Back to Calais and the return ferry crossing to Dover, arriving home during the evening.Back to top
