There is plenty to see and do in Blackpool - maybe take a trip up the famous Blackpool Tower (entrance not included), which stands 158 metres above the town, or a stroll along the newly renovated South Promenade. Once darkness falls hop, the world-famous Blackpool Illuminations need little introduction. Stretching for six miles along the Promenade, they feature traditional festoons and tableaux with over a million bulbs creating a dazzling spectacle of light. It's no wonder they are sometimes described as the greatest free light show on Earth!
INCLUDED EXCURSION
Bowness-on-Windermere
Head north to Cumbria and enjoy a delightful introduction to Windermere with a 45-minute circular cruise from/to Bowness with fantastic views of the many islands (holmes), lakeland mountains, wooded shorelines and bays. The lower deck is heated and there is an onboard commentary which informs passengers about the history, attractions and points of interest around Bowness and the central part of the lake. Enjoy time at leisure in Bowness-on-Windermere (without the high season holiday crowds) where you will find plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Return to Blackpool this afternoon

Tiffany's Hotel (22 Oct & 19 Nov only)2* Tiffanys Hotel is a distinctive pink fronted hotel with superb seafront location and panoramic sea views, located very close to the town centre and its attractions. It has a games room, large bar and nightly entertainment. There is a lift to most floors and some internal steps. Comfortable guestrooms feature TV, mini-safe and tea/coffee making facilities.
Park House Hotel, Blackpool (12 Nov 2027 only)
This popular 3* seafront hotel has an excellent position on Blackpool's North Promenade with panoramic views over the Irish Sea. It has a welcoming atmosphere, and guestrooms are decorated to a good standard and feature flat screen TV and tea / coffee making facilities. Sea view rooms are on request with applicable supplement. There is a smart restaurant, residents bar, sun lounge and impressive ballroom with live entertainment each evening. There are two lifts. Hotel residents may use the leisure facilities at the sister Doric Hotel, less than a mile away along the seafront.
