Relax and live the beach life in Southport on the Sefton Coast. Boasting an expansive and beautiful coastline, Southport is surrounded by natural beauty. Make a stop en-route at Crosby Beach to view the impressive art installation by Antony Gormley, 'Another Place' where 100 male statues made of iron standing proudly looking out to sea. Onto Southport with Britain's second longest pier, first opened in 1860 with an original length of 3,600 ft. One of Southport's most celebrated sights is Lord Street with its Victorian canopied boulevard edged by scenic gardens. Enjoy the town's scenic parks and gardens, fabulous shopping and a mouth-watering array of restaurants and independent eateries
