Christmas on the Isle of Wight
.23rd December - Join the coach at your chosen point and head to interchange. Once on your holiday coach relax as you head south to the ferry terminal with a refreshment break.
Arrive at the Channel View Hotel mid afternoon for 4 nights with mulled wine and mince pie on arrival. Dinner each evening except on Christmas Day when a Traditional Christmas Day lunch will be served. A small cash alllowance will be provided to each guest to purchase a snack from the bar later on Christmas Day evening if required. There will be festive entertainment during your stay
Christmas Eve - Morning Coastal Drive
A scenic drive around the beautiful 'Diamond Isle' this morning before returning to Shanklin for free time ahead of dinner. Exact route to be decided by your driver
Christmas Day
Merry Christmas! Enjoy a delicious Christmas Day lunch plus a visit from Santa and the King's Speech. There will be a Christmas quiz this evening (NB lunch replaces dinner today and a cash allowance of £10 pp will be given to purchase a snack form the bar later in the day if required)
Boxing Day - Isle of Wight Steam Railway
Enjoy a lovely festive atmosphere at Havenstreet station with Christmas music and entertainment. Make sure you enjoy a stroll through Santa's sparkling Winter Wonderland and then relax in your cosy steam-heated compartment as one of the majestic steam locomotives hauls your train on a 10-mile round trip through the Island's winter landscape. The Train Story Discovery Centre, cafe and shop will be open at Havenstreet station.

Day 5 - A hearty breakfast, check out and rejoin the coach for a short ride to the ferry. Once on the mainland it's onwards to interchange and your home towns.

This popular 3* hotel boasts the most amazing and picturesque views of the English Channel, The Channel View Hotel is sat atop the cliffs of Shanklin Bay in an idyllic location and always gives visitors a warm welcome, good service and excellent food.
Hotel facilities include restaurant, bar, lift to most floors and entertainment on some evenings. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna.
All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
