INCLUDED EXCURSIONS

Truro & Falmouth

Full day tour to the city of Truro and south coast resort of Falmouth, few seaside towns in Cornwall boast such an arresting location as Falmouth, overlooking the broad Fal River as it empties into the English Channel. Surrounded by green hills and blue sea, Falmouth is an appealing jumble of lanes, old pubs, slate roofs and trendy cafes.

Doc Martin Tour, with local guide
Full Day tour of Doc Martin Country - Alongside the village of Port Isaac itself, Fern Cottage is one of the most recognisable Doc Martin locations and draws fans from all over the world keen to get a shot of Doctor Ellingham's surgery

OPTIONAL EXCURSION
St Ives & Penzance - £15 pp
St Ives - the dazzling jewel in Cornwall's crown. A picturesque fishing harbour and seaside town voted best family holiday destination by Coast magazine and one of TripAdvisor's top 10 European beaches. Wander through the maze of narrow cobbled streets, independent shops and fisherman's cottages in the heart of St Ives. Onto Penzance overlooking the majestic sweep of Mount's Bay, the old harbour of Penzance has a salty, sea-blown charm that feels altogether more authentic than many of Cornwall's polished-up ports. Its streets and shopping arcades still feel real and a touch ramshackle, and there's nowhere better for a windy-day walk than the town's seafront Victorian promenade.

Day 5 - It's farewell to Cornwall as you head for home today. Back to top
