Looking to get away with your partner or a get together with friends for some pre-Christmas retail therapy? Then this great little weekend break could be the answer. Staying in a city centre hotel, Bristol is all yours to explore. Shopping in Bristol is top-class, from retail giants to quirky independents. There’s a feast of food and drink that covers all tastes from sumptuous street food to superstar chefs and everything in between. Bristol has its fair share of heritage attractions, world-class street art and of course, a great Christmas market. With included en-route visits to the glorious City of Bath as well as a tour through the Cotswolds, this pre-festive weekend has got it all!

Day 1 Join your holiday coach and head off to Bristol, dipping into the charming Cotswolds en-route. This scenic detour through one of England's most unspoilt regions will take you through picturesque Burford to see the medieval bridge, old stone houses and attractive Georgian and Tudor frontages. Then it's onward to Bristol and your centrally located 4* hotel for your 2-night stay. Buffet dinner in the hotel is included tonight. DBB. The remaining night is on B&B basis to allow you to take advantage of the nearby restaurant scene in the Harbourside. DBB
Day 2 Bristol A full day at leisure. Shopping in Bristol comes in all shapes and sizes. Whether you're looking for a tiny pop-up selling locally designed fashion or a whopping great mall with everything under one roof - this city really is the shopping capital of the South West. You can take a leisurely stroll around the Regency streets of Clifton Village and peruse its posh boutiques. You can head to Bristol Shopping Quarter and flit between High Street staples and one-off wonders. Or if retro and vintage tickle your fancy, you can explore the alternative shops of Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road - the latter boasts Europe's longest street of independent shops. And don't forget the wonderful Christmas Market in the heart of Bristol City Centre which starts at the beginning of Novermber. Here you'll find over 50 stalls selling an array of unique gifts and crafts. Grab yourself a warming hot chocolate or mulled wine and meander through the festive huts and stalls. BB
Day 3 Head home with a stop in the exquisite Georgian city of Bath with its many historical monuments and beautiful architecture dating back to Roman times. Bath's extraordinary array of architectural treasures has earned the whole city UNESCO World Heritage Site status. Then it's time to re-board the coach to head back to interchange and onward to your home towns mid-evening.
