Your ItineraryDay 1 - From your chosen joining point your feeder vehicle will take you to the designated interchange point where your holiday begins. Once on board your holiday coach relax in confidence for your journey to Kenilworth for you 2 night stay on half board basis. Comfort stop en route.
Day 2 Full day included excursion to Stratford Upon Avon - Shakespeare's Birthplace & Canal Cruise
Visit Shakespeare's Birthplace to walk in Shakespeare's footsteps and explore his childhood world. Hear tales of Shakespeare's family life and get up close to rare objects from the Trust's world class collections as you discover how the extraordinary William Shakespeare continues to shape our lives today. William Shakespeare was born in this house and grew up here with his parents and siblings. He also spent the first five years of his marriage living here with his wife Anne Hathaway. John and Mary Shakespeare were wealthy enough to own the largest house on Henley Street. Entrance included to Shakespeare's Birthplace.
In the afternoon join the group for your included leisurely 45 min boat tour from the very centre of Stratford upon Avon. Canal & River Tours Ltd is the only company licensed to operate tours from Stratford Canal Basin that travel through the historic canal lock, down onto the River Avon for sightseeing tours and back again. The canal basin is centrally located between the world- famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre and main shopping areas of the town. It is surrounded by beautiful riverside gardens which are public open spaces to relax and enjoy.
