Our wonderful hotel is located in the popular seaside resort of Scheveningen, the Hague’s most famous beachside retreat. There will be time to relax and explore this coastal delight and admire the pretty town of Leiden. The highlight of our tour is our excursion to the spectacular Keukenhof Gardens, a truly spellbinding attraction for gardeners and flower enthusiasts alike. Known as 'The Garden of Europe', Keukenhof, the world's largest flower garden, opens to the public for a limited eight-week period each year. Admire fantastic floral displays along with tranquil ponds, water features and inspiring sculptures. A springtime visit to the popular Dutch bulb fields is a delight not to be missed.

Day 1: We journey to France by ferry from Dover to Calais before travelling through Belgium and into Holland. We arrive at our hotel with time to freshen up before dinner.
Day 2: Today is the highlight of our tour, our visit to Keukenhof Gardens; the most beautiful spring garden in the world! Keukenhof is a truly unforgettable experience where more than 7 million flower bulbs are planted every year. Gardens and pavilions show a fantastic collection including tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids and many more; the spectacle of colour and perfume is truly overwhelming. Besides the spacious 32 hectares of flowers, you will be able to enjoy the spectacular flower shows, surprising inspirational gardens, unique artwork and wonderful events; a day not to be forgotten.
Day 3: This morning is at leisure in Scheveningen, the Netherland’s famous seaside resort. Offering a vibrant mix of expansive sandy beaches, lively year-round entertainment and laidback beach bars. Stroll along the promenade and visit the pretty harbour with its numerous restaurants overlooking the sea. The old centre is a small, authentic village of former fishermen’s houses, now home to great shopping with many specialist shops and a great mix of eateries and restaurants to switch off from it all and watch the world go by. This afternoon you may wish to stay in the town and enjoy time at the beach or perhpas visit the Muzee Scheveningen. Alternatively, you can opt to join us on an excursion to Leiden. The birthplace of Rembrandt, this charming city is filled with rich history, monumental buildings, beautiful canals and fascinating tourist trails.
Day 4: We depart after breakfast for our return journey home.
