Monkey World, a primate rescue centre and home to hundreds of monkeys, chimpanzees & lemurs, and Longleat, the wonders of the jungle and the magic of the safari it is all here, definitely a trip not to be missed!

Day 1: We make our way to Wareham in Dorset, the home of Monkey World the Ape Rescue Centre. The 65-acre park is home to the stars of TV’s ‘Monkey Life’ and ‘Monkey Business’, and provides sanctuary for rescued and endangered primates from around the world. Some are now part of international breeding programmes for endangered species including Europe’s official orang-utan crèche! Daily keepers’ talks provide a captivating insight into life at the park and its inhabitants – staff are so enthusiastic about what they do, giving a real feel-good factor.
After a fascinating visit we will make our way to our hotel in Bournemouth, arriving in time to freshen up before dinner.
Day 2: After breakfast we travel to Longleat Safari Park. Enter a land of adventure where lions roam, tigers stalk and giraffes stand tall. Here you can get up close with many of Africa and Asia’s majestic animals and wonder at some of the planet’s most amazing aquatic creatures at Penguin Island and Ray Bay. Go back in time and experience over 450 years of history exploring Longleat House. Marvel at priceless antiques, hear ghostly stories of the Grey Lady and walk in the beautiful grounds created by ‘Capability Brown’.

The Trouville Hotel BournemouthThe Trouville Hotel is situated within an art deco building, located on an incline and approximately 5-10 minutes from the town centre.
All 75 traditional, lift-accessible bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The Deauville restaurant offers sophisticated art deco surroundings and is renowned for its high level of customer service and good food.
