This December explore over 1,000 years of rich royal history and the magnificent Christmas display at Windsor Castle, which is transformed into a winter wonderland during the festive season. The magnificent centrepiece, the 20-foot-high Norway spruce in St George’s Hall is sourced from Windsor Great Park and is dressed with thousands of lights alongside hundreds of sparkling glass and mirrored ornaments. Historically, The State Dining Room table is laid with silver-gilt pieces from the spectacular Grand Service commissioned by George IV and still in use today by the King and his guests at State Banquets.Our visit to the includes entry to the Castle, Grounds and St George’s Chapel; the final resting place of Queen Elizabeth II.
