The Lancashire resort of Blackpool is famous for its amazing Illuminations Festival that takes place every autumn and attracts crowds of visitors. Dating back to 1879 the lights are nationally renowned as one of Britain's most popular traditional seaside events and are over 6 miles long and use over one million light bulbs.

Day 1: We make our way to Blackpool and our hotel in time to freshen up before dinner.Day 2: At leisure in Blackpool. After dinner this evening,we will enjoy a tour of the Illuminations by coach.
Day 3: Our visit today takes us to Bury, just north of Manchester. The borough of Bury has a fantastic combination of award winning attractions, stunning open spaces, delicious food and drink and excellent shopping opportunities. Home to the East Lancashire Railway, the Fusilier Museum, art galleries, Burrs Country Park, the Rock shopping centre and Bury’s world famous market, you will be left wanting to return time and time again.
Day 4: At leisure in Blackpool.
Day 5: After breakfast we will begin our journey home.
