A Cruise to Garroch Head, Dunagoil Bay & Kyles of Bute aboard the historic Waverley Paddle Steamer offers a truly wonderful experience along Scotland’s picturesque west coast. Departing from Largs, the Waverley sails through breathtaking views of the rugged hills and tranquil bays of the Isle of Bute.
The journey begins with a scenic cruise past Garroch Head, a charming headland with spectacular views of the surrounding coastline. From here, you move towards the idyllic Dunagoil Bay, an area of stunning natural beauty. The bay is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and peaceful surroundings, as you glide past the dramatic landscape.
The cruise then enters the Kyles of Bute, a narrow and sheltered waterway with lush, green hills on either side. Onboard you can relax and enjoy the beautifully restored decks, refreshments in the traditional dining saloon, and bar as you travel back to Greenock for your return journey home by coach.
