Join us for a night of feel-good hits and classic pop as one of the UK’s best-loved stars, Rick Astley, returns to Scarborough Open Air Theatre for a joyous headline show next summer.
The ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ hitmaker will headline TK Maxx presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday 5 June 2026, joined by very special guests Lottery Winners. The show follows his acclaimed Reflection arena tour and marks a welcome return to the Yorkshire Coast after his 2024 appearance.
Rick Astley first leapt to fame in 1987 with the era-defining single 'Never Gonna Give You Up', followed by chart favourites 'Together Forever' and 'Whenever You Need Somebody'. After stepping away from the spotlight, he returned to huge success in 2016, topping the charts with his album 50 and re-establishing himself as one of the nation’s most enduring and entertaining performers.
Since then, Astley has continued to shine, collaborating with artists such as Foo Fighters and Blossoms, performing show-stealing sets at Glastonbury, and reaching Number 2 with his 2023 album Are We There Yet? — contributing to more than 40 million record sales worldwide.
Joining him on the night are indie pop favourites Lottery Winners, whose fourth studio album KOKO became their second Number 1 record earlier this year.
With the added highlight of three nights at The Caledonian New Southlands Hotel, including dinner, bed & breakfast and free time to enjoy Scarborough, it's a live music break that you'll talk about for sometime!
