You'll visit "PieFest", a celebration of the traditional British food - in the pie capital of the UK (Melton Mowbray). Here, you'll discover a mouth-watering assortment of hot, cold, savoury, sweet, meat, veggie, vegan, and gluten-free creations - including the renowned Melton Mowbray pork pie. PieFest is not just an event; it's a celebration of tradition, flavour, and community. It will be a feast for the senses, with live music, pie-making demonstrations, family-friendly activities - and so much more.
The cherry on top of this two-day break is a visit to Bakewell - the home of another traditional British delicacy: the Bakewell tart.

Bakewell - Another charming market town with a rich culinary history, Bakewell is nestled along the River Wye in the Peak District and is a hive of tearooms, quaint shops and historic buildings. If you haven't already - it's your chance to try the famous Bakewell Tart (or Bakewell pudding, the original dessert which the tart is a derivative of!).
