Hawick is the largest town in the Scottish Borders renowned for its textile trade, were names synonymous with quality such as Pringle and Lyle & Scott were established, this wealth is reflected in the beautiful architecture in the town, for which you only have to stroll up the High Street to appreciate. The seaside town of North Berwick has all the delights you would expect from a coastal town, fish & chips, ice cream & wonderful mix of eclectic stores. Also worth a visit is the Scottish Sea Bird Centre, this interactive centre adds a whole new dimension to how you look at birds and wildlife.
