Largs Viking Festival - Day Break
1 days
Day Break
Step into a world of sagas, shields and spectacle with the Largs Viking Festival – a celebration that brings history to life on the Largs seafront.
First staged in 1980 to mark the Battle of Largs in 1263 – the last mainland clash between the Scots and the Norse – this much-loved festival invites you to wander through a living-history Viking Village and discover what daily life could have looked like in the 13th century.
Meet the Vikings, their beliefs, homes and ships, and watch skilled re-enactors demonstrate how clothing, weapons, jewellery and food were made – a fascinating, family-friendly experience with plenty of atmosphere.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
