Lake Windermere and has inspired many writers and poets, some of its literary residents have included William Wordsworth, John Ruskin and Beatrix Potter, who knows what literary musings a visit here may evoke. Liverpool has moved on from its industrial past and is embracing the future with its cosmopolitan outlook, with designer stores, galleries, a host of museums and not forgetting one of the biggest bands of all time, The Beatles. We will also be visiting Chester, with its historical Rows, a 700 year old two tier galleried shopping experience with a selection of independent retailers, complementing high street stores and a variety of bars and restaurants.
