Achill Sound
Achill Island is the largest island in Ireland and is reached from the mainland by bridge. Offering magnificent sandy beaches, sea cliffs and warm hospitality you are sure to feel at home on this pretty island. We also visit Ballycroy with its splendid National Park, with an area of 11,000 hectares of Atlantic blanket bog and mountainous terrain, covering a vast uninhabited and unspoilt wilderness dominated by the Nephin Beg mountain range.

Clare Island Tour & Tasting
Once you arrive off Clare Island Ferry (O’Grady’s) boat. You will be taken to Grace O’Malley’s Castle. Learn of her life and times as the infamous Pirate Queen, plus discover the history of the 5000 year old megalithic landscape, the great famine, the Congested District Board and current life and times of the local community. We continue to the pier to see the Dolphin (whiskey boat) and hear the story of Clare Island Whiskey. Explore the 12th Century Cistercian Abbey and partake in a whiskey tasting too!
