Our short weekend break takes in the charming northern county of West Yorkshire where wefind industrial heritage towns and pretty Pennine villages in equal doses. We stay in Ilkley, a
traditional spa town surround by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Moors.

Itinerary
Day 1
Our Yorkshire Explorer tour begins in Otley. We visit on market day where the town squarewill be overflowing with everything you can imagine. Mid afternoon we continue to Ilkley.
We check into the hotel, time to settle into your overnight hotel before walking (approx. 10
minutes) into the town to explore at your leisure. Return to the hotel for an included dinner.
Day 2
After a leisurely breakfast we visit nearby Haworth. The picturesque Yorkshire village ishome of the famous Bronte Sisters and the museum in the town centre is well worth a visit.
Wander along the cobbled streets and enjoy the views before rejoining the coach for the short
drive to Saltaire. We visit the Salts Mill, a former textile mill that is now an art gallery and
museum with shops and cafes.
