PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
After a morning departure from your local pick-up point, you’ll travel to Skipton where you’ll have plenty of time to explore. Why not visit Skipton Castle, which was built shortly after the Norman Conquest, or Parcevall Hall Gardens, which is an utterly beautiful place where you can find plants and blooms from all over the world. Or why not take a trip along the canal, or try your hand at painting Pottery at Coffee and Clay. Later in the day, you’ll re-join the coach and continue your journey to the hotel.
After a leisurely breakfast, you’ll travel to Saltaire; the village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built to house the workers of Salts Mill, a textile mill which is the focal point of the village. The village was built in the Italianate style and is an excellent example of a Victorian Industrial Model Village.
In the afternoon, you’ll continue on to Haworth, home of the Bronte Sisters. Here you can enjoy the stunning vistas and visit the Parsonage which was home to the famous authoresses, or take a trip on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
