Itinerary

Day 1

A morning departure heading North over the boarder to Craiglynne Hotel Grantown-on-Spey

Day 2

Inverness, Loch Ness & Falconry Display

Time free in the Highland Capital, before taking a short stop at Loch Ness. Then on to Dunrobin Castle & gardens with a falconry display with Golden Eagles, Falcons & other species.

day 3

Steam Train, Osprey Centre & Reindeer Feed

Board the Strathspey steam train for a 40 minute ride through glorious Highland countryside to RSPB Osprey Centre at Loch Garten. Watch the birds feed their young before continuing to Cairngorm National Park to visit the reindeer paddock & exhibition.

Day 4

Whisky Trail & Dolphin Watch

A drive along the Whisky Trail with 9 working distilleries. Free time in Nairn, with its white sandy beaches. Later we continue along the Moray Firth, to join the Dolphin Spirit cruise where around 190 Bottlenose dolphins are particularly active.

Day 5

Travel home

After Breakfast we head south and homeward bound
