Itinerary
Day 1
Depart in the morning for the Lakes, with a stop in the historic city of Lancaster. On arrival at your hotel, take time to settle in before joining us for a pre-dinner drink, followed by a delicious evening meal.
Day 2
Discover the charm of the Lakes as you visit the picturesque villages of Ambleside and Grasmere. In the evening, return to the hotel for a tasty dinner and enjoy some wonderful entertainment.
Day 3
No visit to the Lakes is complete without a cruise, and today you’ll experience just that. From Bowness pier, enjoy a relaxing islands cruise with live commentary from your skipper, highlighting the many scenic points of interest along the way. They’ll be free time in Bowness before returning to the hotel.
Day 4
Following a farewell breakfast, begin your journey home with a stop at Boundary Mills—perfect for a little shopping before returning home.

Set in 20 acres of private gardens and woodlands, you will receive a warm and friendly welcome at this charming AA 3-Star Victorian Hotel in the Lake District. The hotel has a lift but due to the age of the building there are internal steps.
