Itinerary
Day 1
Step into the magic of Christmas as we travel by coach to the spectacular Burghley Christmas Fair. The magnificent courtyards and grounds of Burghley House are transformed into a festive wonderland, filled with charming chalets, elegant pagodas and beautifully decorated marquees sparkling with seasonal cheer.
As the region’s largest and most enchanting Christmas Fair, you'll discover an incredible selection of artisan gifts, handcrafted treasures and unique festive finds. Browse for the perfect presents, from stocking fillers and handmade decorations to stylish clothing and beautiful homewares, while soaking up the joyful Christmas atmosphere.
Later in the afternoon, we continue to our hotel. After settling into your comfortable surroundings, enjoy a delicious dinner and a relaxing evening.
Day 2
Enjoy a leisurely morning before we depart for the world-famous Thursford Christmas Spectacular. On arrival, there will be free time to explore the festive Christmas Shop, browse the seasonal displays and enjoy refreshments before the show begins.
Then prepare to be dazzled by a breathtaking three-hour extravaganza of non-stop entertainment. Renowned as one of the UK's most spectacular festive productions, the show combines sensational singing, dazzling dance routines, live music, comedy and speciality acts in a celebration of Christmas like no other. From beloved traditional carols to famous chart-topping favourites, every moment is packed with sparkle, energy and festive magic.
Day 3
After breakfast, we bid farewell to the hotel and begin our journey home. En route, we visit the charming market town of Grantham, offering time to explore, browse the shops or enjoy a coffee before we continue our journey, taking with us wonderful memories of a magical festive getaway.

Situated in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, the 4* Knights Hill Hotel & Spa offers the perfect getaway retreat. All residents of the hotel receive complimentary use of our on-site leisure facilities, comprising of indoor swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room and fully equipped gymnasium. The hotel does not have a lift.
