Itinerary

Day 1

Following a morning departure from your local pick up point, we head south to the Capital arriving early afternoon.

You will then have some free time in London, before our entry at The Kings Gallery, Buckingham Palace at 2.45pm. (approximately a 10 minute walk from our drop off point)

Created to mark the centenary of Queen Elizabeth II’s birth, this extraordinary exhibition is the largest and most comprehensive collection of the late Queen’s fashion ever staged. Featuring around 200 stunning pieces , many displayed for the very first time, the exhibition traces Her Majesty’s remarkable life through the clothing that defined each decade of her reign.

From elegant childhood outfits and glamorous gowns to iconic royal and diplomatic fashion, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate Britain’s longest-reigning monarch in unforgettable style.

Rejoin the coach early evening to head to our hotel, situated in Kensington.

Day 2

After enjoying a buffet breakfast at the hotel, we head back into the city centre for more free time.

Why not check out the sights such as Big Ben or the London Eye, take a delighful River Cruise down the Thames or visit one of the many free Museums or Galleries (most free of charge).

Had enough of the sights? why not indulge in some retail thearpy or enjoy a relaxing brunch. 

Mid Afternoon, we commence our journey home.

We stay at 4* Copthorne Tara in Kensington, just a short walk from Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall and the world-famous museums on Cromwell Road. Rooms here feature Hypnos beds, flat-screen TVs and in-room safes. All are en-suite and feature coffee and tea making facilities. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
