Itinerary

Day 1

After being collected from your local pick up point, we make our way West to the Beaufort Park Hotel, but not before calling at Cheshire Oaks designer outlet, the village-style shopping centre that is in abundance of high street brands and restaurants to fill your boots. We make the short journey from there to the hotel.

Day 2

Today we make our way to Llangollen, a beautiful riverside town known for its world-renowned International Eisteddfod. Discover the boutique shops, walkways, history of Llangollen and enjoy the waterside bistros and cafes. During the afternoon, we rejoin the coach and make our way to board a 45 minute included horse drawn canal cruise.

Day 3

Today we have a lovely excursion to Chester, arguably, the UK's most underrated city. The city is hailed for its 'many surprises' and historic background, particularly famous for its black and white structures (Chester Rows). As well as exploring this wonderful city, you could take a walk along the historic Roman walls where you can view the entire city, including the UK's oldest racecourse and the Eastgate Clock.

Day 4

Another day jam-packed with adventure as we begin the morning by boarding the 10.30am Llangollen Railway to Carrog through Dee valley following the river with breath-taking views and back. Afterwards, we reboard the coach and head to Chirk where we include a visit to Chirk Castle – A National Trust treasure. Spend some time enjoying the 13th century Castle, grounds, gardens and café.

Day 5

After a leisurely breakfast, we check out of the hotel and make our way to Wrexham for some free time. You can spend your time as you wish, grabbing some bargains at the Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre, strolling around Bellevue Park, check out Xplore! Science Discovery Centre or simply get comfortable in one of the plentiful restaurants and bars before making the journey home.
