Itinerary
Day 1
Join the coach at your local pick up point, take in the wintery views as we head North. There will be a comfort stop along the way before checking into the 300 year old White Swan hotel in Alnwick. Settle in to one of the cosy chairs in the lounge and enjoy a hot or cold beverage, or have a stroll through the quaint town centre, the choice is yours. Tonight, we indulge in a delicious 3 course meal.Day 2
After breakfast, you can either spend the day at your leisure in Alnwick or join us on an excursion to Seahouses (weather permitting and at the drivers discretion) for a bit of fresh sea air. Here, you can take a walk along the harbour or squirrel yourself away into a cosy pub, but we advise having a fish and chip lunch from any of the lovely cafes. Rejoin the coach early-mid afternoon and head back to the hotel with some time to relax before getting your glad rags on ready for the New Years celebrations! New Year’s Eve 2024 is a Glitter Ball party, beginning with pre-dinner fizz and tasty canapes. We sit down to enjoy an incredible 5 course gala dinner with live entertainment! Enjoy the music from a live pianist followed by the DJ and dancing until midnight where you will see the New Year in with a piper and a traditional chorus of Auld Lang Syne.Day 3
After breakfast, the day is at your leisure in Alnwick. You may chose to relax in the hotel after a long night of partying or venture out into the town or park. We later enjoy another 3 course dinner in house.Day 4
We say goodbye to The White Swan hotel after breakfast and make our way home with wonderful memories of a fantastic New Year!Inclusions

The White Swan Hotel
The White Swan Hotel is a charming 300 year old coaching inn, set in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick and only a stone’s throw from Alnwick Castle and Gardens.All 55 bedrooms and suites can be reached by the magnificent Grand Staircase, salvaged from the illustrious British vessel, the RMS Olympic.
The hotel is renowned for its magnificent Olympic Suite restaurant, which features actual décor from the Titanic’s sister ship.
This hotel does not have a lift and is an old building, so expect stairs. Ground floor rooms can be requested but not always guaranteed. Please advise staff on booking of any room requirements.
