Visit the UK’s original safari park on our 4-day mini break. We visit Longleat where we take a drive through the famous safari park and admire the magnificent estate, and include time in Bath and Bristol.

Itinerary

Day 1

Morning departure from your local pickup point to Stratford-upon-Avon. Explore the historic town where quaint streets are filled with unique shops. Relax on the parklands alongside the river before continuing to the hotel.

Day 2

Full day at Longleat. Immerse yourself amongst the incredible animals as we drive through the six mile safari and get up-close with graceful giraffes, adorable lemurs and look out for the mighty rhino. Then head into the impressive House where you can step back through over 450 years of history. Take it all in at your own pace as you walk through the Great Hall, Red Library, State Dining Room and Saloon.  

Day 3

Day at leisure in Bristol. The hotel is excellently located in a quiet riverside spot just a short walk from the city centre. Nearby attractions include Bristol Aquarium, the Cathedral, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery as well as the main shopping district with an array of high street favourites and quirky boutiques.

Day 4

After breakfast we visit Bath. The beautiful city has been a well-being destination since Roman times. The waters are still a big draw and is the only natural hot springs in Britain you can bathe in. Explore the stunning buildings and monuments and discover fabulous collections in the museums and galleries for a taste of the city’s rich history and heritage. We include a guide tour to show us the very best of this remarkable city.
