The Isle of Wight is just off the south coast, and is the Dinosaur capital of the UK. This wonderful island had so much to see and do, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

After a morning departure from your local pick-up point, you’ll travel down to the Isle of Wight, making the crossing to the island by ferry.
You’ll have the day to explore Newport, the principal town of the island. This historic town is centred around 2 squares, with gorgeous Georgian and Victorian architecture. Newport has plenty of things to do, and is a great place to do a little shopping.
In the morning you’ll head to East Cowes, where you’ll have time to explore this lovely, vibrant town. You could soak up the sun on the excellent beach, or perhaps visit some of the wonderful attractions.
In the afternoon, you’ll head to Ryde – the largest town on the island. The town has a great selection of boutique shops, museums and galleries for you to explore.
Full day to explore Sandown. This lovely little town sits on the south coast of the island and is famed for its traditional seafront and pier. There’s also a zoo, a fort and a wonderful Dinosaur museum.
You’ll re-join the coach and make your way home.
One of the most reputable hotels in Sandown, which ensures care and attention is paid to making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Guest rooms include free Wi-Fi, TV, ‘pay-per-view movies’ and tea/coffee facilities. Ground floor rooms are available.
