Join our late autumn break to Devon ahead of the festive season. We stay in Plymouth, a coastal city with a large harbour, and include excursions to Eden Project and Tavistock.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
Itinerary
Day 1
Morning departure from your local pickup point, we make our way to Devon arriving at the hotel in Plymouth late afternoon.
Day 2
Free day to explore PlymouthDay 3
Full day at Eden Project. Dubbed the eighth wonder of the world, you’ll be mesmerised by Europe’s largest collection of useful plants – from food crops to medicines. Explore massive covered Biomes to trek through one of the world’s largest indoor rainforests and immerse yourself in the calm fragrance of the Mediterranean Biome.
Day 4
Today we visit Tavistock. The ancient market town is full of independent retail boutiques and artisanal food producers. Pannier Market is one of the hidden gems of Tavistock, with stalls selling everything you can imagine under one roof!
Day 5
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and make our way home.

Victorian grandeur meets modern comfort at the well-appointed centrally located Duke of Cornwall Hotel in Plymouth. There is a grand lounge and bar, and the delicious food has been awarded an AA rosette. The hotel has a lift.
