Itinerary
Day 1
Join the coach at your local pickup point for the journey to Bath. The Roman city is a treasure trove of historic sites and well known for a place of wellbeing. The waters are still a big draw today, both at the ancient Roman Baths and the thoroughly modern Thermae Bath Spa, which houses the only natural thermal hot springs in Britain you can bathe in.
Day 2
Full day at Longleat. Our admission includes entry to Longleat House (self-guided tour of the ground floor rooms), walking safari and drive-through safari.
Take a walk through the lavish rooms of Longleat House and uncover hidden halls where centuries of stories come to life. Explore the beautiful formal gardens and enter the Walking Safari where you will meet koalas, red pandas and meerkats along with a unique Jungle Cruise to see hippos and sea lions.
No visit to Longleat would be complete without a drive through the safari. Meet the mischievous monkeys, big cats and a pack of wolvesDay 3
Today we take to the waters for a 2 hour cream tea cruise. Take in the sights and hear about Bristol’s rich maritime history while enjoying freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, a slice of cake, and a cup of tea or coffee. This cruise takes you through the Harbour and (tides permitting) on to rural stretches of the Avon. There will be free time in Bristol to explore the city at your own pace.
Day 4
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Rejoin the coach for our journey home, making a stop at Webbs Gardens Centre in Wychbold. You will find everything you can possibly dream of for your home and garden at Webbs as well as a lovely café and restaurant serving delicious dinners and tasty treats.
