NEW ITINERARY!
We see many different aspects of Ireland from our base at the excellent 4-star Riverside Park Hotel. We arrive on St Patrick’s Week and we have a themed Irish dinner, two nights of entertainment at the hotel, one of which is an Irish coffee making demonstration! This year we have added a day in Dubin to the holiday.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Monday We take the ferry from Fishguard to Rosslare and the short drive to our hotel in Enniscorthy. We are met with a hot drink and the evening we have a St Paddy’s themed dinner!
Tours at Resort
A | To Waterford which is said to be the oldest town in Ireland where we see 1000 years of history in 1000 steps! Enjoy the historic streets and local atmosphere of this harbour town and then in the afternoon we have guided tours of both the Medieval Museum and Bishop’s Palace by costumed actors. The Medieval Museum is in a stunning modern building and the Bishop’s Palace is an authentic 18th century Georgian Grand residence.
B | We visit Dublin, the capital city that’s as intimate as a village and as friendly as an Irish Pub! The streets and alleys are filled with vibrant art, historic buildings and traditional pubs.
C | All day in Kilkenny, Ireland’s Medieval Capital. It has a mixture of rich cultural heritage, beautiful streetscapes, and great shopping to offer.
Friday We have a take away breakfast from the hotel and catch the morning ferry back to Wales. The holiday isn’t over as we make a lunchtime stop in Carmarthen.
