ItinerarySunday We travel north and make a lunch time stop in Shrewsbury, with endless independent shops and tastebud tingling eateries picturesque market town with over 1,000 years of history.
Monday Crossing into Wales, we enjoy an exclusive farm tour with Gareth Wyn Jones and his wife Rhian. This immersive experience includes a fascinating sheepdog training demonstration—both educational and entertaining. Gareth will share insights into sustainable food production, 370 years of farming history, traditions, heritage, wool production, and the challenges facing modern agriculture. Known for his appearances on TV, including with Jack Whitehall, Gareth brings farming to life with passion and authenticity. The afternoon is yours to relax and explore the elegant Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, with its sweeping promenade and scenic views.
Tuesday Our final day takes us to Chester for a captivating 90-minute walking tour. Feel the weight of history as we trace the footsteps of Roman centurions through the ancient streets of Deva—the fortress city founded nearly 2,000 years ago. After the tour, enjoy free time to shop, dine, or simply soak up the atmosphere before we depart for home at 15:00.
