Visit Scarborough, the famous resort on the stunning Yorkshire Coast! We are also close to some stunning inland scenery and this tour ensures we see the best of both, including a drive through the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The Four-Star Crown Spa Hotel is located just metres from cliff overlooking the sandy South Beach and has many of the original architectural features still in their prime.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

MONDAY We travel north and make a lunchtime stop in Chesterfield, famous for its crooked spire and markets.
TOURS AT RESORT
A | To Pickering where we spend a short time before we enjoy a drive across the North Yorkshire Moors all the way to Whitby. Whitby, a maritime city steeped in history with a maze of narrow streets full of shops. There is then a scenic drive back to Scarborough to complete a great day.
B | To the stunning town of Beverley (where on Wednesday it is market day) that has a towering gothic minster, pretty squares and beautiful Georgian townhouses. We also make a stop in the resort of Bridlington, a seaside favourite that is traditional, renowned, and welcoming. On our return we view the impressive Flamborough Head.
C | All day at the famous York Christmas Market. It is the 30th Anniversary of the St Nicholas Fair and you will find over 100 alpine chalets scattered around the fabulous and already picturesque city centre.
FRIDAY We return home with free time in Historic Matlock where there are riverside walks and small, independent shops.
