This tour offers the best of Poland’s cultural and historic highlights, from the undiscovered gem of Wroclaw to Krakow, Zakopane, salt mine, and the dark history of World War II. We are based in Krakow which is a beautiful and historic City to visit and is situated on the Vistula River. The city dates to the 7th century and is home to a cultural and artistic lifestyle. It was the first UNESCO approved city for its World Heritage List, and the protected area includes the entire old town.

Friday An early start and on to our overnight hotel, the Mercure Plaza in Magdeburg, Germany.
Saturday Direct to Wroclaw with time to explore the town. It has an idyllic location on the Odra River and is comprised of 12 islands,130 bridges and verdant riverside parks. The beautifully preserved
cathedral island is a treat for lovers of Gothic architecture. Later we check in to our hotel, the HP Park Plaza.
Sunday More time to explore Wroclaw in the morning, before we depart early afternoon for Krakow, our base for the next six nights at the Hotel Wyspianski.
Monday A FREE DAY to explore Krakow.
Tuesday We visit Aushwitz for a guided tour of this infamous site that was a former German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp.
Wednesday We have a guided tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, an extraordinary place that is hidden from the world, full of secrets and legends. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE STEPS DOWN AT THE SALT MINE, YOU LEAVE BY LIFT.
Thursday We drive through beautiful scenery to Zakopane, at the base of the Tatra Mountains and surrounded by beautiful green hills and mountains. Visitors first arrived here in the 18th century
for its beauty and health benefits.
Friday A FREE DAY to explore Krakow.
Saturday We leave Poland for the H4 Hotel in Kassel, Germany.
Sunday To Calais and we return home.
