This delightful tour to the South Coast of England invites you to explore the picturesque seaside towns of Brighton, Eastbourne, and Hastings, along with charming villages nestled in the East Sussex countryside. With a relaxed itinerary and plenty of free time, you’ll have every opportunity to soak up the atmosphere and beauty of these coastal gems.

Thursday We journey south to East Sussex, arriving in the late afternoon at the Best Western York House Hotel in Eastbourne.
Tours at Resort
A | Our day begins with a visit to the quaint downland village of Alfriston, known for its historic charm. We then travel through the scenic Sussex countryside before arriving in Brighton. Enjoy free time in this vibrant Regency town. On our return to Eastbourne, we follow the stunning South Coast route, passing through Newhaven and taking in breathtaking views near Beachy Head Lighthouse.
B | Today is yours to enjoy at leisure in Eastbourne, one of England’s most beloved seaside resorts.
C | We begin with a scenic drive to the village of Bodiam, where we board the Kent & East Sussex Railway for a charming steam train ride to Tenterden. Later, we head to the coast to visit historic Hastings. Take a walk through Warrior Square Gardens, explore the seafront, or visit Hastings Pier – a great spot to enjoy the summer sunshine.
Monday After breakfast, we bid farewell to East Sussex and begin our journey home, filled with fond memories of the South Coast.
