During the break we visit four of Cornwall’s most impressive and contrasting towns: St Ives, Boscastle, Falmouth and Looe. ItineraryFriday We travel to Cornwall, making our first stop in Boscastle, a picturesque harbour village set along the rugged coastline of North Cornwall. Framed by dramatic cliffs, the rivers Valency and Jordan meet here before flowing into the sea, creating a setting renowned for its stunning scenery and distinctive Cornish charm.
Saturday Today we enjoy a scenic circular tour, with visits to Falmouth and St Ives. Falmouth has been shaped by its strong connections to the sea, blending a rich and fascinating maritime heritage with a vibrant, creative modern culture. We then continue to St Ives, the dazzling jewel in Cornwall’s crown, famed for its golden beaches, picturesque harbour and narrow cobbled streets just waiting to be explored.
Sunday Our break concludes with an extended lunchtime stop in the beautiful town of Looe, which wraps itself around a charming twin‑sided harbour. With its colourful waterfront, fishing boats and relaxed coastal atmosphere, it provides a fitting finale before our journey home.
