Monday
We depart and make our way to the Lake District arriving late afternoon at the Lakeside Hotel & Spa for the next 2 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Tuesday
Today we take a scenic drive north through the Lake District. We ride along Lake Windermere, making a short stop in Windermere, before continuing to Ullswater and reaching Keswick, the capital of the North Lakes area.
Wednesday
We leave and begin our journey to Northumberland with a stop en route at the scenic destination of Kielder. We continue to arrive at the White Swan Hotel at Alnwick for the next 2 nights with dinner,bed and breakfast.
Thursday
After a leisurely breakfast, we journey along the Northumberland coast, making our first stop in the pretty harbour of Seahouses before continuing further along the coast to Bamburgh. Perhaps visit theGrace Darling Museum or take a stroll along the beachfront.
Friday
We depart and begin our journey to Harrogate and our third hotel, The Old Swan, for the next 2 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast. We stop on the way at the delightful city of Durham.
Saturday
Today we explore Harrogate at leisure. Enjoy a lovely stroll through beautiful Valley Gardens or explore the delightful independent shops of the Montpellier Quarter or the Victorian Westminster Arcade.
Sunday
After breakfast, we depart for home.
