Monday
We depart and make our way to Liverpool and our hotel for the for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed & breakfast.
During your stay
• We are joined by our local guide for a fascinating tour of Liverpool, including places made famous by the Beatles, Titanic White Star Line headquarters, the cathedrals and much more.• We visit the Beatles museum which is home to a large collection of authentic memorabilia. It tells the story of how four young lads from Liverpool were propelled to the dizzy heights of their fameand fortune from their humble childhood beginnings.• Excursion to Strawberry Fields, a location that inspired much of John Lennon’s song “Strawberry Fields Forever”, naming the song after this location. Explore the garden and perhaps obtain an insight into what inspired one of the Beatles’ most famous songs before we return to our hotel.• Free time to explore the city at leisure.

After breakfast we depart for home.

The Ropewalks Hotel is centrally situated just a short walk through the Liverpool One shopping area. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
