A free day to explore the delights ofSt Ives - visit the Tate Gallery or the museum ofrenowned sculptress Barbara Hepworth, strollaround the fishing quarter or sit and watch theworld go by.
Today we visit Charlestown, a popularlocation for filming due to its lovely Georgianharbour and then onto the small fishing villageof Mevagissey.
After a leisurely morning our visit today isthe pretty fishing village of Padstow, a charmingworking fishing port where watching the everydayebb and flow of harbour life is a perfect way tospend the afternoon.
Morning at leisure in St Ives and thenwe visit magnificent Trellisick Gardens inthe afternoon.
Today we have a fullday scenic coastal drive with our first visit toMarazion with beautiful views across St Michael’sMount, we then travel via Penzance to St Justbefore returning to our hotel in timefor dinner.
Sadly we head for home, but with a stop onBodmin Moor - an unspoilt area and aninspiration for writers, poets and sculptors.
