Sunday
We depart and make our way north and our overnight in East Kilbride.
Monday.
We continue our journey stopping off to explore the historic town of Inverness before we enjoy the spectacular coast to coast train tour, arriving in Thurso. We will be met by coach before enjoying the scenic journey to the hotel for the next 3 nights.
During your stay
• Board the catamaran at Gills Bay to cross the Pentland Firth for a magical tour of the Orkneys, visiting the Neolithic village of Scara Brae, Ring of Brodgar, Standing Stones, Italian Chapel and much more.Visit to the Castle of Mey.
Thursday
The ultimate road trip over the top of Scotland, following part of the spectacular rocky coastline known as the North Coast 500 before dropping back down to Strathpeffer for the next two nights.• Free morning to explore the local area.• Visit to Inverewe Gardens.
Saturday
We journey to Irvine and the Riverside Hotel for the next 2 nights stay.• Experience the serenity of Loch Lomond on an unforgettable cruise from the local jetty at Tarbet.Visit to Balloch.
Monday
After breakfast we depart for home.
