We depart and make our way north and our overnight hotel in the East Kilbride area
Friday
We continue our journey stopping off to explore the historic town of Inverness where we board the train for the scenic journey to Thurso before arriving at our hotel for the next 3 nights
During your stay
• Board the boat at John O’Groats to cross the Pentland Firth for a magical tour of the Orkneys, visiting the Neolithic village of Scara Brae, Ring of Brodgar, Standing Stones, ItalianChapel and much more.• Visit to the Castle of Mey
Monday
The ultimate road trip over the top of Scotland, following part of the spectacular rocky coastline known as the North Coast 500 before dropping back down to the idyllic whitewashedvillage of Ullapool for the next 2 nights.• Free morning to explore Ullapool.• Visit to Inverewe Gardens.
Wednesday
We journey to Irvine and our hotel for the next 2 nights.• Experience the serenity of Loch Lomond on an unforgettable cruise from the local jetty at Tarbet
Friday.
After breakfast we depart for home.
