Monday
We depart and make our way to Mold and our hotel for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During yours stay
• Journey on the Snowdon Mountain Railway which begins at Llanberis and continues past waterfalls and an ancient oak forest before climbing the spectacular ridge to the summit.• The Victorian resort of Betws y Coed, set in a beautiful valley in the Snowdonia Forest Park.• Portmeirion where a young Welsh architect made his childhood dream come true and designed his architectural vision around a Mediterranean piazza, rebuilding loggias, grand porticoes and tiny terracotta roofed houses painted in bright colours.• The idyllic coast resort of Porthmadog to catch the train to the slate quarrying town of Blaenau Ffestioniog.• Journey on the Llangollen Railway through the picturesque Dee valley to Llangollen. From here we take a gentle ride on a boat trip along the Llangollen Canal over the mighty Pontcysylte Aquaduct, an 18 arched stone and cast iron construction known as the 'Stream in the Sky', the highest in the world.

After breakfast we depart for home.

Your Hotel
The Beaufort Park Hotel is situated near the market town of Mold and is an ideal base for our tour. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/ coffee making facilities.
The hotel does not have a lift.

The hotels has 10 rooms with “STEP IN SHOWER” -these rooms are sold as deluxe and carry a supplement of £20 per room per night.
Beaufort Park has no disabled rooms at the hotel.
