Staying at the Wensum Valley Hotel Norwich for two nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
The RHS are hosting a special Sandringham flower show for the first time in 2026 set within the grounds of the Sandringham Estate which is the country retreat of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. It has been agreed with the RHS to hold the horticultural show at Sandringham every 3 years so will return in 2029.
Held in the grounds of the royal family-owned estate, RHS Sandringham Flower Show is an exciting new RHS Show coming to Norfolk in July 2026. Expect coastal-inspired show gardens, fruit and vegetable competitions and fabulous florals, all nestled within a countryside setting.
Get take-home gardening tips from the Long Borders, learn about climate change mitigation at the Grow Forward Gardens and enjoy timeless picnics on the lawn... all whilst taking in the beauty of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla's private retreat.
Award-winning gardens:
The prestigious RHS Medals and Awards are handed out as the show opens. Take a tour of the gardens and see if you agree with the judges. The People's Choice vote opens at 10am on the first day, so you can have your say.
There are several judged categories across the show, each with their own set of criteria. Show gardens represent the pinnacle of garden design, while Creative Coastal Gardens aim to champion resilience and innovation in coastal gardening, celebrating the unique conditions of seaside environments.
The Grow Forward Gardens apply the latest in horticultural design research and development; to empower visitors to understand how and why garden design can both mitigate against climate change and improve landscapes. If you are looking for inspiration for your beds at home, head for the Long Borders. Every design is packed with exciting plant combinations, and this year's theme is problem solving. Feature Gardens showcase local history and culture, with plenty of design inspiration for you to take home to your own spaces.
