We travel to Alnwick with its stunning historic castle, charming, cobbled streets and independent shops. Later we travel along the coast to Morpeth, where you can discover the blend of history andriverside charm.• A leisurely morning in Newcastle-upon-Tyne with the opportunity to explore the city. As the hotel is right at the heart of the city, there is plenty to see and do including the famous shopping onNorthumberland Street, the Discovery Museum, the Great North Museum, and several renowned bars and restaurants.• The historic city of Durham, acclaimed as a World Heritage Site, the city is dominated by the magnificent Norman cathedral and castle sitting high above the River Wear. Wander around its cobbledmarketplace and alleyways and discover more about its history.
