Monday
We depart and make our way to Windermere and our hotel for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
We travel to Hawkshead with its delightful cottages and cobbles, then on to Ambleside with its much-photographed Bridge House.• Keswick on the banks of Ullswater.• We venture into the Yorkshire Dales and the small market town of Kirby Lonsdale before continuing on to Skipton, known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales,’ with its superb market.• Settle, one of the most picturesque towns in Ribblesdale with its narrow streets and views of the 300ft Castleberg Crag.• Kendal with its castle ruins, quaint cobbled streets, antique shops, K Village shopping outlet, and of course the famous ‘Kendal mint cake.’• Bowness on Windermere - a bustling tourist hotspot with a selection of independent shops, interesting museums.
Friday
After breakfast we depart for home.

Your Hotel:
Directly overlooking Lake Windermere in lovely, landscaped grounds, Newby Bridge Hotel is the prefect base for a Lake District holiday. Facilities include swimming pool, spa pool, gym and steam room and 'The Huntsman's Inn' traditional bar. All bedrooms are en suite with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel does not have a lift.
