Saturday
We depart and make our way to Dover and our ferry crossing to France. Then on to Orleans for our overnight with bed and breakfast.
Sunday
We depart after breakfast and make our way to Sarlatla-Caneda where we enjoy the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast and a welcome glass of kir on arrival.
During your stay
• Free time to explore the town of Sarlat-la-Canéda.• We head to Beynac for a circular cruise on the Dordogne River on a gabare, an authentic reproduction of an 18th Century boat. Free time to explore Beynac-et-Cazenac.• Visit to Martel for a steam train ride with the Tourist Railway of Haut-Quercy and has wonderful views of the Dordogne Valley below.• Lascaux where the original cave lay hidden for over 17000 years and were discovered in 1940. Enjoy a self-guided tour of the caves.• We visit Les Jardins du Manoir d’Eyrignac with amazing gardens
Thursday
y After breakfast we depart and make our way to Orlean for our overnight with bed and breakfast.
Friday
We return to Calais for our sailing to Dover and journey home
