Sunday
Departing from your local area, we drive to North Wales and arrive late afternoon at the evans Hotel for the next 4 nights stay with dinner, bed and breakfast
During your stay
• Betws-Y-Coed for a short break• Ride on the Bala Lake Railway.• Visit to Portmeirion, on the shores of Cardigan Bay.• We join the Llanberis Lake Railway for a delightful ride along the lake shore.• Visit to Caernarfon; maybe visit the historic castle (entry extra).• We catch the Ffestiniog Railway for an exhilarating ride across the mountains.• Welsh Highland Railway train which takes us through Beddgelert and all the way back to Caernarfon Please note: 15th September only -The train journey by Llanberis Railway will be shorter due to work on the railway's cables. Instead, the train service from Gilfach Ddu to Llanberis will be a distance of half a mile one way.The cafe at the Gilfach Ddu main station on Padarn Country Park will continue to remain fully open as will both the retail shops.
Thursday
After breakfast we leave Wales and head for home.

Your Hotel
The Royal Victoria Hotel is delightful and set in its own grounds at the foot of the Llanberis Pass. All bedrooms are en suite with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
